Vivify Health Care Team Portal Update - 2020.10 Follow
Build Version 2020.10
Vivify Health has performed portal maintenance on all of our U.S. commercial customer base to upgrade your Care Team Portal to build version 2020.10. This was completed as of 10/27/2020.

Some of the highlights of this release include:
Kits on Demand: Kit Processing By Kit Type Instead of Kit ID Number:
In order to provide a faster and more efficient option for delivering kits, if the
Requests by Kit Type setting is enabled, kits can be assigned by kit type rather
than kit ID number.
+Go Service Level Updates:
• On the Audit > +Go History page, iPhones are referred to by their consumer
model name rather than the technical model name, so Care Team members
and support can easily see the model of the phone the patient is using.
• On the Audit > +Go History page, when a patient selects or dismisses the
update notification, this action is recorded so the Care Team is aware.
• Care Team members can search by +Go phone number and email on the
Invites List and Patients List pages.
Date/Time Question Type:
A new Date/Time question type is available to configured by Vivify Support. With
this feature, patients can provide a date and time response when presented a
question on their tablet, phone, or Direct Entry page. The question can be
configured to allow a date in the past, such as When was you last flu shot? or a
date in the future, such as When is your next doctor appointment?
Note: The new Date/Time question type feature is dependent on supportive +Go
and +Home app updates, so it is not currently available to be used for +Go and
+Home patients. This feature will be available for these service levels in a future
release.
