Vivify Health will be performing an upgrade to our newest release, 2020.07.2 on Tuesday 10/06/2020. The upgrade duration will be 8pm to 1am CST.
This release includes exciting new functionality for caregivers and patients. Please review the attached What's New document for an overview of all new features. Your Vivify Clinical Consultant will contact you within the next several days to review this document with you.
This upgrade includes several new features for your Care Team Portal, the +Home Kit, and the +Go App.
- Content Lock: Patient Pathways and Content Pathways: To ensure the integrity of pathway content associated with rules and conditional logic, pathways can now be locked by Vivify Support to prevent editing. When a pathway is locked, all content associated with the pathway is read-only. Locking a pathway prevents editing of all content, including health tips and questions.
- Questions Not Editable by Content Administrators: To improve our content management procedures and ensure the highest possible clinical content quality and regulatory compliance, questions can no longer be edited by Content Administrators.
- Patient Pathway Alert Change Reasons: When a Care Team member changes the alert level of a question in a patient’s pathway, they will be prompted to choose a reason as to why they made the change, which creates an audit log of the change in the patient’s profile history. Pathway Alert Change Reasons were added in Configurations Lists to allow Content Administrators to specify reasons for changing alert levels.
- Pathways: Saving Changes: To reduce the amount of cloned content and improve the Care Team experience, clicking Save Changes is required for changes to be saved to a pathway. Previously, changes made on this page were saved automatically
