Vivify Portal Maintenance 07/02/2020.
Vivify Health is currently investigating a Verizon connection issue reported for some Home kits. The issue is specific to Verizon kits and does not affect most kits in circulation. Vivify Health made a configuration change this week in your Care Team Portal and has seen improvement in resolving the connection issue.
Our team is still working to determine a root cause for the affected kits. Vivify Health will continue to closely monitor this activity and we will provide additional updates early next week.
