Your care team portal will be upgraded Tuesday, 06/23/2020, at 8pm Central. There is no expected downtime. Vivify Health’s commitment to the overall needs of our customers and patients you serve remains our focus. Based on feedback we have received from you, we sought assistance from our legal counsel and discussed the concerns that you presented. We have been provided flexibility with regards to the 10-minute delay in patient responses becoming visible within the Vivify Pathways Portal. As of 06/23/2020 at 8pm, the 10-minute delay will be reduced to a 2-minute delay.
