Why is the tablet beeping after the patient completed the pathway? Follow
- In the Care Team Portal, check if a health score was generated for the patient for that day. If there is no score, advise the patient to tap on the clipboard icon and complete any questions that appear.
In the Care Team Portal, check if any pathways are set as Until Completed. If so, and they were not completed on their intended day, the tablet will continue to ask until it is complete.
Confirm the date and time of Pathways in the Care Team Portal. Patients have a two-hour window to complete Pathways, and they may be doing them at a time out of range. Follow-up with the patient to determine the best time.
