Why can't the patient login to the tablet? Follow
The patient may have forgotten their password and needs a password reset. The patient can click the Help button on the password screen to request a password reset. The Care Team can then Accept the alert for a password reset in the patient's profile on the portal. The patient will then be prompted to enter a new 4-digit password.
Using the keypad, the patient can choose a four-digit number that is easy to remember, for example their birth year (for example, ‘1942’). They cannot use one number four times (1111), nor can they use sequential numbers (1234).
Remind the patient to write this number down and store it in a safe place as they will need to reference it later.
