What is the install process for pre-active patients? Follow
When starting up the tablet for the first time, the Welcome video will play. This video instructs the patient how to properly unpack and setup their kit. They will also be instructed to keep the device powered on at all times.
Following is the installation process:
- A notification is sent to Vivify Logistics to ship the kit – ordered, processing, shipped.
- Vivify calls the patient with delivery information and schedules the assisted installation.
- The carrier makes up to three attempts to deliver the kit (requiring a signature).
- The patient unpacks kit, watches training videos, and completes their first pathway.
After a Care Team member enrolls a patient in the health monitoring program, a kit will be sent out to the address added to the patient's profile. The kit can include different configurations of devices, depending on their program or health condition. Kits can also be customized with large or small blood pressure devices.
When a patient begins their program, they will receive a call from the support team to assist them with unpacking and setting up their kit. They also have a user guide in their kit and help videos on the tablet that describe the process. Alternatively, if configured in the portal and required by the Care Team, the patient can be set up for assisted installation. Assisted installation means that a support technician will go to the patient's location and help the patient begin their program.
