How To Activate a Patient Follow
When a Patient's data is received from any device, the Patient's status is automatically updated to Active.
To manually activate one of your assigned Patients through the Care Team Portal:
Note: You can find the Patient either by changing the Status filter or by clicking Find Patients.
In the Patient header, in the menu, click Change Status.
In the Monitoring Status Change dialog, click Active and then OK.
To verify your Patient's status is now Active, first click Filter Patients.
- In the Status list, click Active.
- Click Apply.
Your Patient now appears in the Active Patients list.
