Patients tablet is only showing a clipboard and/ or phone icon. No biometrics are asked or available for random reading.
Confirm that pathways are assigned to the patient that are not expired and due on that day.
1. Login to the care team portal
2. Look up the patients profile and confirm they have a diagnosis assigned
3. Check the patients "Pathway" tab and confirm pathways have been assigned to the patient
4. If either of the two are missing from above add them to the patient
5. Patients tablet should now have biometric icons showing
